Book Bee

BookBee is a reflection of my commitment to creating solutions that blend human-centered design with purposeful functionality. As the designer of this app, I aimed to address a common challenge faced by college students: the high cost and hassle of acquiring textbooks. Inspired by my own experiences and insights into student needs, I developed BookBee as an intuitive, community-focused platform where users can easily buy, sell, and discover affordable textbooks tailored to their courses. Through thoughtful design and an emphasis on simplicity, I sought to craft an app that not only solves a problem but also enhances the user experience, highlighting the power of collaboration and smart design in tackling everyday challenges.
